We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I do a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure our patients get the best possible care, and also have the pleasure of working with our patients to ensure their comfort. I’ve worked in dentistry for 22 years, 17 of which have been with Green Hills Dental. We are a true dental family: always helping each other and being there to support one another.
I have been married for 19 years and have one daughter. We also have two dogs that are more like children than pets!
I graduated in May 2000 from UMKC School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. I worked as a dental assistant for seven years prior. My role as a hygienist involves preventing, diagnosing, and treating gingival disease, as well as educating patients about good oral health. However, the most important part of my job is getting to know each patient on a personal level in order to customize care to meet his or her individual needs. I have a part-time position working with Big Smiles mobile dental program to care for the dental needs of children in the community and rural areas that are underserved.
I have a 15-year-old daughter who is involved in volleyball and many school activities. She is learning to drive and keeps me busy. I have been married for 19 years, love to travel to mostly warm regions, have two cats, and LOVE our Kansas City Royals and Chiefs!
I earned my dental assisting diploma from Concorde College in 2003 and became a part of Green Hills Dental in 2010. My job is all about patient comfort and assisting Dr. Erskin to help all procedures go smoothly. I set up and break down treatment rooms, expose radiographs, sterilize instruments, complete clerical work, or just hold patients’ hands if needed. Our team gets along swimmingly. There’s never any arguing about who needs to do what because if it needs to get done, it will get done. We each take responsibility for our patients’ experience.
I don’t have kids, but I have my two fur babies (both cocker spaniels) Addy and Corky. I love to travel and try to hit a beach as often as possible; nothing beats island time! I’m also a part-time student working on my bachelor’s degree!
Director of Business Operations and Development
I enjoy knowing our office makes a difference in patients’ lives by putting a healthy smile on their faces. It’s a great feeling to see patients smiling when they arrive, and know they’re going to have a positive, painless experience and leave with more happy smiles. I’m responsible for our practice’s marketing efforts. I also ensure our office has the necessary processes and procedures in place to handle future growth.
I’m married and have two beautiful girls I enjoy spending time with, especially if we can be outside. I also like playing golf and am a lifelong Kansas City Royals fan.
